“Opera, Ballet, Cinema” — a multi-genre musical evening at the Komitas Chamber Music Hall On February 21, a unique concert of organ and piano music titled “Opera, Ballet, Cinema” took place at the Komitas Chamber Music Hall. During the evening, Anna Bakunts, Tereza Voskanyan, Armen Aghajanyan, Lusine Harutyunyan and Tigran Petrosyan performed a vibrant and diverse program that brought together some of the finest works from opera, ballet, and film music. Masterpieces from different eras and genres were performed in one evening — from Bach, Handel, Vivaldi and Gluck to Tchaikovsky, Khachaturian, Sviridov, Webber and Zimmer. The concert concluded with a shortened version of Maurice Ravel’s “Boléro”, performed by all five musicians: two at the organ and three at the piano.
