Biography
Tigran Petrosyan was born in 1997 in Gyumri (Armenia), where he began his musical education. After completing his master's degree at Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory (class of Professor Avanesov G.R.), he continued his studies at the Gnessin Academy of Music in Moscow (class of Professor Bogdanov Y.A.). Tigran Petrosyan is a prize-winner at international music competitions in France, Russia, Armenia and Georgia. He achieved the highest award of the President of the Republic of Armenia for winning the young classical music performers competition (2018). Tigran has performed concerts in France, Russia, Armenia, and Georgia. In 2021 in Yerevan, he successfully made his debut with the Kandinsky Symphony Orchestra (Principal Conductor and Artistic Director Kaveh Süle) performing Rachmaninoff's Third Piano Concerto.
